Exchange and Return Policy

All requests for exchange and return must be raised within 14 days from the invoice date. Goods are to be returned in its original brand new condition via sender’s preferred delivery mode.

Return via Online Store At

Items purchased online (International orders) can be returned by submitting return request via the online store, within 14 days from the invoice date. Thereafter you would need to return the items within 14 days from the date of approval. Please follow the steps below for return via online. online store credit is the only form of refund available for any return or exchange request done via online. The online store credit can only be used at and NOT in any of the Standard Hunter retail store or departmental store. The online store credit is valid for 3 months from the date of issue and can be used to offset purchase made online at It can take around 2 to 5 business days for the online store credit to be issued. Instructions on how to use your online store credit for purchase will be sent to you via email. You can then use the online store credit for your desired purchase.

You must contact explaining the reason you would like to return the garment, and we will let you know how to proceed.

Return shipping costs shall be at the expense of the customer.

We do not accept returns on underwear for any reason.

Please note that item(s) purchased via can only be returned online. Item(s) purchased from is not eligible for returns at any retail or departmental stores. does not provide any exchange services online. Any return for exchange purposes will be refunded via online store credit for new purchases.

All original shipping and/or handling charges are non-refundable.

Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the shipper when returning any item(s). All item(s) entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and assessment of the duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws which is unable to determine.

All returned item(s) must be in its original brand new condition and original packaging; with the original tags and tickets. For any returned item(s) deemed not in its original condition, reserves the rights to return the item(s) at the customer's cost. 's decision shall be final.

All promotional items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. All sale and discounted items are exchangeable for online store credit only. Should there be any dispute in the pricing during return or exchange, the current selling price will be binding.

Any form of price adjustment to previous order(s) is not applicable.

All goods are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. If you experience any problem with the item(s), please submit your return request online within 14 days from the invoice date or contact us at customers@ for further assistance. We will investigate the case and contact you accordingly. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by Buyer, or wear and tear. Import Charges

If you are purchasing products from Standard Hunter and you live outside of Hong Kong please be aware of any import duties and taxes that may be charged on delivery into your country. These charges depend on your country's import legislation and are not covered by and Comme Ca Projet Ltd.
